In classes, field trips, and excursions with Virginia Tech faculty members Joell Eifert, Vivica Kraak, Nicolin Girmes-Grieco, and Steger Center Executive Director Sara Steinert Borella, students learned about European food production, culture, sustainability, nutrition across the lifespan, and health.
